After providing details of the issue, the servicer took time to walk me through a process that alllowed me to fix the door without the $100+ service call. Servicer volunteered to assist over the phone, suggesting I could save the service fee by doing the work myself. My garage is now working fine. It was refreshing to find such honesty during this economic downturn."
