I sent him some pictures over and he got back to me with in the hour. He let me know he could fix it without replacing the door, right away. Quickly determined the issue was with sensors that needed recalibration, performed the work and also did basic maintenance as part of the repairs. Offered upgraded rollers as an option but didn't pressure us into it, saying they were just an option for maintenance free future consideration. "What a great company. I called them at 8am and was able to get an appointment the same morning. they gave me a window of between 10am and noon. My technician Jack H was at my door at exactly 10am. Jack was wonderful. The job I had was routine Preventive maintenance. Jack gave the door a complete safety check and did find a few items that needed attention. He repaired the door quickly and efficiently. I truly feel that this is a 5 STAR company and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends."
