We had received a separate quote for outdoor lights that Mike was able to undercut significantly. Once work started Mike kept in constant communication with us to let us know what the status of his crew was for the day or week so we could plan our days accordingly. His general labor crew was extremely courteous and professional and cleaned up after each day. His stonework guys were the same and I was so impressed with their work that I added a new mailbox to the contract. Mike also has a crew that does topnotch pavestone work that created the design we were looking for. As with all large projects, not everything went according to plan but this is where Mike's professionalism took over. Mike never asked for more money if an item was over budget or his guys had to fix mistakes. He always accepted responsibility as a business owner which says a lot about his ethics and it's evident he takes pride in his company. Dreamscapes turned our yard into a wonderful place to hang out and enjoy during any season. Don't hesitate to call Mike and have him bid on your project. You will be treated professionally, honestly, and will not be ripped off."
