Lawn Care Services, Fence Installs & Repairs
"Anthony and quality lawn & handyman services were a joy to work with. Our siding repair job ended up being that plus an exterior paint job and they rocked it! Fair prices, clear communication and timely services. They went over options on how to handle additional work that was uncovered. We never felt like he was pressuring us to do more than was needed. We will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend to look them up for any and all handyman services. Their portfolio covers a lot of areas."

Addition and Remodel
"Robert and his Crew where great. They work quickly and made sure that we were happy with each progression of the work. He was honest and insistent how to pay. He didn't ask for all of it up front which a lot of so call contractors wanted. We are so satisfied with his honesty and work we are hiring for future projects. He is a busy contractor so it may take awhile but it is so much worth it.!!"

"I had a large back patio enclosure completely redone, as well as new roofing. All the different teams (electrical, framing, roofers, drywall/painters) did great work. Whenever anything unexpected came up, or I had questions Roland was quick to respond and on top of things. Would definitely recommend."

Window Bead Repair, Solar Screens, Window Insect Screens , and 6 more
"CenTex Screen Team did a very good job. Very courteous and they stayed in touch throughout the process. I would highly recommend this team and will use them again. Several screens were damaged (shredded) by our cat, Bandit, who would pull on them to let us know she wanted in and pulled even harder if we weren't quick enough. At 18 years, she went over the kitty rainbow and it was time to replace the screens (again) as well as the ones damaged by the recent hail storm. We also had CenTex clean the exterior windows and window tracks. If a touch up was needed they got right on it. Both screen repair and window cleaning prices were great as was the workmanship. Can't say it enough, very happy with the end result and their service. Ready to open up the house when the cool Fall weather arrives. Thanks CenTex Screen Team, love your work! Two thumbs up."

Solar, Roofing, Gutters , and 7 more
"My home advisor Tony Ramirez was super experienced in roofing and solar. I was working with another company but was uncertain if the benefits would out weigh the costs. Tony's presentation put my mind at ease. I love the appearance of the solar. The icing on the cake is my solar and cps payments are less than the average cps bill alone."

Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
