"I would HIGHLY recommend Rain Fall Gutters. They are a very professional and friendly company. After making the call to explain my gutter problems, they showed up on time as promised. My gutter downspout had fallen off the house and water is also pooling too close to the foundation after exiting the gutters. The configuration of my house leaves few solutions. They were able to quickly make a temporary repair of the broken downspout to prepare for the rainy forecast. They then explained possible solutions to remedy the water retention situation. I look forward to working with them to solve this issue!"

"I have nothing but positive things to say about my interactions with Troy and his crew. He reached out to me to schedule a bid same day. During the bid process, he was very communicative, explained things to me in ways that I could understand them and was exceptionally kind in calming my worries. We needed a few downspouts installed, some gutters re-leveled, a small strip of awful PVC gutter replaced and several leaky corners fixed. The cost for the work was more than reasonable and getting an itemized bid and invoice is great. I noticed during the bid that he and his crew worked safely... something as minor as bracing a ladder for someone else made me feel comfortable that this was a team that works together often and cares about eachother. The work is now done, everything looks great and I can't wait til it rains again."

"Willard Seals is an expert on exterior painting. He and his crew pay attention to detail and deliver with excellence. My job was to exterior paint my siding and trim repairing as needed. The paint selection represented a significant color change and while other contractors were quoting one coat, Willard convinced me two were needed and he was right. The difference in quality comparing the previous paint job (I contracted it 10 years ago) to Personal Touch Contractors was significant. Extremely satisfied with the quality of work, the responsiveness to my needs, and the price. I almost didn't award the job to Personal Touch because I thought there quote was too low. It turns out they delivered great value at a very reasonable price. I will use them again."

"I had Statwide add a roof over my U shaped home patio. When the guttering was being installed I mentioned it was way too small. It would not catch water. Sure enough the existing gutter creates a waterfall. Literally a down pouring waterfall. I have been communicating with the Supervisor. I'm told installer will be out to patch up a gutter connection. Connection definately will not fix the problem. I have videos of the waterfall. No one comes out to fix the problem I will attempt to post the video here."

"*****WARNING, PLEASE READ before buying windows. First, I apologize for the long WINDOW only review: In mid August, I received several quotes for replacement of rotted, wooden windows in our home. I liked Chris, the local Marvin company owner, and the quality of their Marvin replacement windows, as this was what was original to our home. After paying the deposit (half), they were quick to get someone out to measure. Although, that step did involve three separate visits. We received a verbal estimate to have the windows installed by end of November or December (now end of August). However, after 3.5 months, I had heard nothing from Amazing Exteriors (Marvin) and called their office, leaving a message once and speaking with office staff another time, along with a text to Chris himself, to see if there were any updates, but never received any call or email back, other than a thumbs up text. This is not to mention, that six weeks earlier, I had texted AND called about adding additional windows to my order, but received zero return calls. After another week of silence, I texted Chris I wanted to cancel my order (now coming up on 4 months from signing and zero communication). It was at this point he told me he could be ready for installation in another 3-4 weeks. Now, I understand there could be a lot going behind the scenes beyond their control, but I refuse to do business with a company that does not communicate at all with their customers. This only speaks to their unreliability and makes you lose trust, that if there happens to be an issue with the windows or installation, the company will follow up in a timely manner with corrections. Update: I have had to contact a lawyer, as no one from this company will pick up the phone or return a message (now 5 months). And they have not returned a penny of the several thousands of dollars they were paid. Now having more closely read through the BAD reviews on Google, and all of the resolved BBB cases, I see they are all for the window portion of the company and all for the same thing. Poor communication and delay in getting work done as promised. Please read all the one-star reviews on here and about the closed cases on BBB and see for yourself. I wish I had and been more careful."
