"RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN AND DO NOT LOOK BACK! Nick Toto is a total FRAUD!!!! We unfortunately found him on Angi. We did not do our due diligence and find his REAL reviews including from his previous company name. Everything that people reported about him in the REAL reviews, was true. He was dishonest in his quote. He asked for ½ the payment in the very beginning to buy material and never bought it. He then asked for the other half of the payment, and did demo and a little bit of work that we now know was all wrong since we got a real contractor. He walked off the job and left us with an unusable house because we refused to give him even more money to still purchase and install things that he was supposed to have already purchased and budgeted to install in the beginning. All I can say is, ;RUN AWAY"

"The people from Miller were very friendly and communicative, and apparently helpful at the beginning of our project, but the quality of the work, the cleanliness of the job site and the follow up when things went wrong With improperly installed plumbing in the basement afterwards was terrible. We ended up with both functional and cosmetic issues with their work, and I would not recommend that anyone let them into their home for a remodelling project."

"He finished the roof but did not tell me about the error in his workmanship. He did not finish the whole work. Update 12/22/2021: He finished the roof and said he fixed the problem, he showed me how he was to complete the repairs and after it was complete the work was not done in the manner he said he would do it. A new problem was noticed with the shingles and they are overhanging on a peak of the roof and are not attached and will blow off with high winds. The second part of the job, to put two sides on the shed was not done properly, he is charging me to come out to fix it, which is ridiculous, that is why contractors put that in their estimates. He was going to come out on a Saturday but change to Friday since it was going to rain on Saturday, when he called me and by the time he arrived on the job site it would be dark, I told him I did not want him to work in the dark with a flashlight. he keeps giving me excuses on why he cannot come out on certain days for personal reasons. The job should have been completed in October, except for his constant excuses for not being able to come out. If the problems are not resolved by the end of the year I will escalate this by other means."

"Dan gutted our 2 bathrooms and made improvements to our master bedroom, creating new closet space and adding barn doors. Dan is a very honest, down to earth guy. He supported and respected our taste, but gently guided us toward particular aspects of design and detail that we would’ve never thought of. He spent hours with us in tile stores to help us decide what would look best for us. He made himself available to us at all times, and even watered our garden for us while we were away on vacation during part of the renovation. His attention to detail is outstanding. He helped us consider options that would be the easiest to clean, the most practical and the most beautiful. He even came back a year after the renovation to make sure the work maintained its integrity. I would highly recommend Dan for your project. They gutted my kitchen & bathroom to the studs and added a half bath upstairs. All of this was done over the holiday seasons in the matter of about 7 weeks. Communication, fabulous! Price, great!
