"We just had our roof replaced by Cody and his team. Everything from start to finish was done professionally and skillfully. The roof looks great. His team came in, stripped the old roof off, got the job done quickly and cleaned up every single thing that fell in my yard. Amazing crew. Fantastic job."

"Do the Right Thing? Warren didn?t handle this properly, but I?ll let you judge. I hired him for a fixed-price bathroom remodel. Afterward, the pipes in the wall froze. I agreed to place the pipes in the outside wall with heavy insulation instead of along the baseboard, but I?m not a professional contractor. Also, the implementation was flawed: the vapor barrier was on the outside wall, trapping moisture, and the higher-grade insulation (R22) was between the pipes and the inside wall, insulating the pipes from house heat. Contractors I consulted felt this should?ve been fixed free since it was done wrong. I offered to pay for the plumbing but not the wall redo. Warren billed me $2,500 for time and materials, charging $55/hour for his worker and apprentice (110/hr). To be fair, the work looks great, and he addressed the issue quickly. Still, I don?t think I should pay twice for work done incorrectly. I hope this review seems reasonable."

"Contracted the brothers to do a 10X10 deck in July 2023 and they made the committment to come finish the job and my phone calls have gone unanswered. True I made the final payment and trusted them,my bad. However,unless you want to pay for incomplete work PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS."

"I can?t say enough positive things about Flagg Builders. Their attention to detail is superior. Craftsmanship is excellent. Real pride in their work and the end product. I have several challenging spaces in my home, and Keith worked with me to ensure every detail was considered. The custom built-in for my living room is flawless as well as the board and batten in my dining room. He also took on an accent wall and basement stairwell molding. Keith is personable, a joy to work with, and always responsive. He will do the remainder of my house projects. There are many unreliable contractors and builders out there. "To start off I?ve never hired a contractor to complete any tasks on my home so I was worried that things wouldn?t go well as I?ve heard nightmare after nightmare scenarios about contractors. When I first met John I knew things would get done right. He was straight forward and honest about everything. What resources he could work with and how things would honestly go. We came up with a design the was realistic together, (pencil to paper always works best). We measured everything together, he came up with a quote and my wife and I signed. "Once again and with the highest confidence, we hired Russell's Contracting to convert our back entrance into a more open, useful mudroom. As promised, they arrived on time on the expected date and started by sealing off the back entrance for dust. The demolition of the closet was first done, and then the rehab began. I was amazed at the level of detail necessary to make the new mudroom perfect. From fixing the ceiling to installing new walls, taping and sanding, painting, new baseboards, and moving the overhead light, it was fun to watch. Colby was professional, exacting, efficient, clean, and asked all the right questions to ensure we were happy with the result. The new mudroom is exactly what we wanted. In addition, we asked Russell's to help us figure out how to make our open staircase to the second floor safer. Keith, Colby, and Max designed and installed a custom-built, stair-to-ceiling railing system that looks great and provides the necessary safety we were looking for. They also made it removable to accommodate large objects up and down stairs. The amount of time they spent was crazy, and the amount of math they did to ensure it was plumb and solid was above and beyond our expectations. My house was built in 1933, and this railing system looks like it could have been original to the house. It is a masterpiece. "Jim and crew are reliable and knowledgeable. I agree with all that Dana C in Kensington shared. We hired Jim to close in a carport for an addition by seeing the work he was completing for Dana. I then had him remodel an old garage that needed a face lift. We now have Jim building a ranch home for us from the ground up. It is going just as well. If only the prices due to the economy were not so disappointing. Materials are through the roof as a result. Here hoping for some REAL change in 2025 !!!!"

"Honeycomb helped save our house. As they were replacing our deck, they discovered rot and quickly removed and replaced all the bad material. They also discovered that we had a termite infestation. The issue was in the structure of the house. They assured us everything would be fine and efficiently dispatched all the rot and talked us through next steps with detailed recommendations, involving other contractors. The additional charge to remove the rot was minimal and I would have gladly paid 10x for the security of having a safe house. And just look at how beautifully it turned out. The photos really don't do it justice, when you get to sit out there enjoying a coffee in the morning or actually having a family gathering. It is such a game changer meeting space. Also, and it might seem like a little thing, but its the details that matter. It was really hard for me to get on my deck as a physically handicapped person. Taylor made it easy for me to go outside alone. I love you guys 11/10"
