"This place is as total scam and does not stand behind their products. We bought a Jacuzzi that was supposed to be brand new. Before receiving the jacuzzi, they called us and told us that someone had come in and bought the last one. However, they would sell us the exact same floor sample for a discounted price. Now two years later, we are still having problems with that floor sample only to find out it is a 2017 and beyond its warranty. DO NOT purchase anything from this store!"

I asked if a service person could call me. The owner called and was so hostile I ended up hanging up on him. What the heck - find another awning company. We had trouble during the initial installation and had the entire unit in for service 3 years ago."
