He also corrected a previous landscaping project (mine) which included correcting the fall from the house to the yard eliminating some low spots in my yard which helped with drainage. "On November 18 we gave Anderson tree and turf $4000 down payment to put up a wood privacy fence. He started work and was taking a very long time to do anything. We told him where we wanted fence and he put the posts in on one side 7 to 15 inches off and on back he put posts 2 feet inside where we wanted it. After finding out from officials on 3 separate occasions that where we wanted fence was ok to do he sent me a text saying we weren't going to be able to resolve the issue and he was quitting job and would refund the money except for what he spent for materials. He spent $1061.00 for materials leaving $2931.00 he owes us. After sending the text quitting he stopped communicating with us and blocked our phone num;erst so we couldn't contact him. We hired (name redacted) to fix the job and finish it. We just simply want our refund which he said he would provide. The job was finished by new contractor"
