"I hired to remove my ceiling texture and paint in my living room and upstairs hallway. The upstairs hallway is technically not finished and there were a lot of damages done to my home. One man showed up to do the work. he did not really tarp off anything. He made a huge mess in the process covering my porch, new front doors, kitchen, and all my carpeting in dust. They had to sub out my project to another company. Mr Handyman paid a cleaner to come and clean my carpets. The company they used did not get the dust out of my carpet because a few days later I vacuumed and pulled out ~2 lbs of white dust from my carpets. They also tried to clean my front doors with cleaner that was too strong and stripped the finish on my doors. They paid a second company to come a remediate the floor work. They also restained my deck since we could not get the white cast off it. They terminated our relationship telling me to keep final payment. I was quoted over 9k, I paid ~4.5k and still have damages."

"I highly recommend Dale! My porch columns were rotted and needed to be replaced. I also thought my hand rail needed to be torn out as well. Dale came in, inspected the columns and confirmed they needed to be repaired. However, when viewing the hand rail stated it was in great condition but just needed to be reattached. He added new columns, trim, reattached the hand rail and finished with a gorgeous paint job. He was incredibly knowledgeable, didn’t try to swindle me and had great customer service and communication. I highly recommend and will be using him for future projects!"

"My husband and I have been wanting to place a privacy fence in our back yard since fall of 2023, we called multiple local businesses with no answer and very little call backs. My husband found Legacy Outdoor Living on Angi's List. Immediately we got a call back and met Austyn with a quote for a 350 foot cap & rail privacy fence. We waited about 3 months from the initial quote to the day of installing the fence. Until that time we had prepared by cutting trees down, stump grinding, and surveying the land. Now, it is January and the weather has been so unpredictable. That did not stop Austyn from coming to work in frigid temperatures with 6 inches of snow and ice. We made sure he had plenty of hot coffee and a little fire nearby to keep him warm. We are so happy with his work and can easily say we have the best looking fence in the entire neighborhood!"
