The driving factor for us was how organized the process was. 1 person coordinating, 1 project manager, 1 point of contact. These guys had someone for everything. Everything was done in a timely manner. They are open to suggestions throughout the project and suggestions are made as well. We touched on everything and the end result is amazing. We are extremely happy to have chosen home genius. Another factor and maybe the most important was the warranty the backs up everything. It’s also transferable.
