He gave us a "rough" estimate verbally, but we were in a pinch, needing to get the repairs made, so we were just grateful he could do the work in the time frame we needed. His estimate was double what another contractor gave us, but that contractor had not seen the area needing repair. He came each day at the same time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up.
