"I thought I could hook up surround sound speakers to a new receiver. My old receiver was not repairable. It's a good thing I didn't try. Ben arrived right on time and took over 2 hours to finally get the system to work perfectly. It was a very challenging job with wires everywhere going nowhere fast. He was polite, patient and very professional. Do I care that he isn't licensed? I would under most circumstances, but all the reviews I read were very positive and it turned out to be a very wise decision. Here is how satisfied I am with what Ben did. I would hire him in a minute to do any job, including remodeling. He is taking the contractors exam in a couple of weeks, so he obviously knows what he is doing. I saw pictures of his remodeling jobs, and they are absolutely gorgeous. I'm in a customer service business where general contractors and maintenance personnel are used on a daily basis.
