But after he got his 2 big payments from our insurance company, he got us toove back in but never came back to finish the work and now is demanding we pay for unfinished work. Be careful if using public adjuster that recommends Bulovas and East end designs. I know they run a business for profit, just be aware of where your insurance money is going and have a written contract that you read for everything, not just to hand over what the insurance pays.
