He analyzed the damage accurately and thoroughly -- and the repair crew was able to schedule a time to perform the repairs within days. Will and Kenny arrived on time--and were friendly, courteous and efficient. They did an excellent job on both shower floors, right down to the smallest detail. The flooring looks new and the sealer they applied is good for 3-5 years. "Marty was prompt to reach out and to respond. He was able to do the job quickly and was very accommodating. We hired him to clean our couch, which looked brand new when he was done. The only reason he did not get five stars all around is the main reason we wanted the couch cleaned was to get the smell of cat urine out. He did communicate that this is hard to do, however, he did not unzip the covers and soak/clean the inner layers, which left the cat urine smell. He did respond when I reached out to let him know about the remaining smell, and even offered a list of products we could buy and how to best use them, which was appreciated. Again he is very communicative and accommodating and would be great for anyone looking for services up other than the difficult removal of cat urine smell."

"Francis said it would take 3 days to complete, but it took 8 days. It was wood look tile, and I said I wanted it totally random pattern, but the tiles weren't totally random. �His sub-contractor (Jesus also said call him Jesse) made a mess between the neighbors and my house cleaning tools and buckets. I said I wanted transitions to other rooms like the one already done, but not like them. Took a while to get Francis to come over to look at mistake, then he wanted me to call Jesse, so I did. Jesse� kept saying he will come next Wednesday, but lied over and over. Finally about 2 1/2 months later I got them both to come together. We all made an agreement to sort of fix it, but 2 more weeks of lies from Jesse then no contact. I haven't heard from either one of them for over a month now, so I'm done with them. After years of wanting to get this done, I?m disappointed I spent over $3,000 and it?s not like I wanted. I guess my only choice to get it done correctly is to sue them."
