"Keith is AMAZING and operates at a professional level that goes well above and beyond any expectations. They beautifully and quickly removed an existing wood fence, and installed a vinyl fence to color match my neighbors existing fence (that boarders and creates one side of my yard) - the color match is EXACT and the install makes it look like their fence is actually part of my own. The quality of his work and attention to detail cannot be surpassed. Not only was his communication consistent and clear, but he assisted in the process of receiving HOA approval, often being able to get a hold of them before I could. Pricing was beyond fair and, in my opinion, he doesnâ t charge enough for the work he puts in and quality of the finished project. While completing the project, he would ALWAYS ask for my input in decisions and never assumed I would like detail being done a certain way without asking me directly. "We have 2 dachshunds that are professional diggers. They kept digging underneath our backyard fence. It was a wood fence that the person behind us installed. We had tried to patch and secure the best we could. It just wasn’t working any longer. We received 3 different quotes from 3 different companies from Angi. We decided to go with Top Rail because we really wanted a vinyl fence and 2 other companies spent the whole time listinhg why they could give us a better price on wood instead of vinyl. Dave was very knowledgeable about Vinyl fencing. He understood our needs and gave us a great price on vinyl fencing along with the no dig barrier to help keep our dogs contained in our back yard. From the time we decided to go ahead with the job and we put down the deposit to having the fence installed was a little under 2 weeks. The longest part was waiting to receive the no dig fencing. The guys showed up early on the day of install and was done by 1:30 pm. The guys were very polite and respectful of our property. They worked quickly and our fence looked so nice after. We are so happy we actually went with the vinyl fencing. We can’t wait to redo our backyard now our new fence is done. We feel so much better our dogs will be safe in our back yard. We were so scared that they would get hurt while they were loose. Peace of mind is worth every penny. It was also great hearing my husband tell me how right I was about getting a new fence.
