Very courteous and professional. A few things noticed on the walk through when the job was finished were immediately taken care of. Did a wonderful job cleaning up. Respectful of my property. "I had water come in my basement that I assumed was from a window in the basement, I called Craft Tuckpointing, Dan came over and was able to pinpoint that water was coming in from old mortar on top of the foundation. Dan removed the old mortar and caulked the seam. I haven't had any water since. Dan was very knowledgeable and professional at at a reasonable price, I would highly recommend Craft Tuckpointing!"
