"Chad at Envision responded to my message on Angi's within 5 minutes. I was shocked! We needed a quote on chimney damage that occurred during a roof project. I sent him some pictures and and he gave me a quote the next day. He determined that we didn't need a complete tear down, which would have cost $6K. Despite one of his crew being out with an injury, he worked hard to arrange his schedule to finish our project before serious rains hit which could have led to potential water damage to our home. He was very thorough, friendly, and honest. He stood by his original quote to us even though there was some unforeseen complications resulting in more time and additional materials. I HIGHLY recommend Envision Fireplace and Chimney for your next project!"

"Mike Trent, the owner, took me up on the roof (I volunteered), explained the problem and what needed to be done; the chimney cap was rusty, leaking and needed to be replaced. He then recommended he ordee and that I do the actual replacement with the help of my handy man. He took all the measurements and called it in to his fabricator. He described (& I wrote down), step by step what needed to be done, which is very simple. If we had any trouble, he would come and finish the project. By doing it this way, I saved $500."

About us: "COLONIAL CHIMNEY SERVICE means choosing a company that values safety, quality, and customer satisfaction above all else. We are not just a tree service company; we are your reliable partners in maintaining the beauty and safety of your property."
When you hire a housekeeper or cleaning service, there are some questions you’ll need to ask to ensure you’re hiring the right person for the job. Writing down a list of services you want to be completed is a great place to start. This way, you’ll have all the information you need when you do interview a housekeeper or cleaning service, and they can provide you with accurate information and cost estimates.
Find out upfront if the housekeeper or cleaning company offers the services you need, especially if you have requests that go beyond basic services.
Do they charge a flat fee each week? Do they charge an hourly rate? Some companies charge based on your home’s square footage or the number of bedrooms you have.
Many companies may provide some smaller cleaning supplies, but they may need to use your vacuum cleaner or mop. Others bring their own or none at all. And if you’re particular about the types of chemicals used in your home, you may want to ask what products they use or if they’re willing to use what you provide.
Anytime you have a professional in your home, something could go wrong. They could get hurt, or some of your property may be damaged. Ask what would happen in these scenarios — a well-qualified professional will have the necessary insurance and bonding to cover these situations.
