"Andre consulted with us on our kitchen counter replacement project. He was very knowledgeable and spent as much time with us as we needed to understand the process, all the costs involved, and our legal rights. He was considerate of our finances and gave us a clear estimate that we were happy with and approved. He listened to any concerns we had and considered them carefully. We were very pleased with the consultation process. He has already placed orders for the materials needed for the project and we will add another review once the work has been completed....9/27/24 The work has been completed now and we are thrilled with the results. Andre was a pleasure to work with. He was responsive throughout the project, clearly laid out the costs for us, was flexible when we wanted to make changes such as choosing a different backsplash design than we originally picked. He also installed a new kitchen sink/water filter as part of the project and went to a lot of trouble to make sure it was set up correctly and working smoothly. It felt like he was looking out for us and genuinely wanted the best result for us. I would recommend him wholeheartedly with no reservations."

In the same room, remove and hopefully reclaim tongue and groove cedar wall paneling so we can reuse it on the new vaulted ceilings we plan to construct.4. Basement: remove a closet at the bottom of the stairs (about 10 feet wide and 3 feet deep) so we can build in a kitchenette/bar area there.5. Kitchen: a recent contractor installed cheap engineered wood on top of two layers of old flooring. We want to disassemble the kitchen island, move it out of the room (my husband is a licensed General Contractor, so can get the plumbing & electrical taken care of), cut the flooring along the line of the cabinets, and take the flooring out down to the original 1925 sub floor. We also need help carrying the island Silestone countertop to another room temporarily. We are pretty sure there is no asbestos, but will need to confirm. Thats the project.
