They protected my carpet and cleaned up after their work. Finished earlier than expected, less than 8 hours. It turned out very nice. I appreciated that the sales person (sorry, I don't remember his name) talked to his boss about ways that I could bring the cost of the project down. I appreciated that owner Mick personally called to make sure I was satisfied. I appreciated that I didn't feel pressured to make a decision right away.
