They were on time with their arrival and we're very punctual and efficient with their time to complete my installation needs. They even installed a new ceiling fan I purchased recently, which they did a great job on as well. Totally recommend them for any home entertainment installations needed as well as their security solution that we will be looking to do in 2024."

"Avoid this business. I hired them for an AV, shades, Vitrea/DMF lighting control project with a project value in excess of $100k. After more than 5 months, none of the items except the soundbar work as intended. The shades work intermittently. The lightning controls and DMF took months to get and installed and still there are missing/unfinished items and an electrical control box that is absolute mess. Jeff, the owner sells you on a vision of â  making technology simple â  , however, nothing is simple. Jeff promises to â  make things rightâ  , but a great cost of inconvenience to me and my family living in a construction project for 5 months. The whole project was supposed to be controlled by a Bang and Olufsen BeoLiving Intelligence control that has yet to be installed and integrated. The project management has been a disaster from day one. I had to have multiple drywall repairs and painters come to repair walls and paint after the work was done at a cost of several thousand dollars to me. Save yourself lots of grief and choose another business. Update 11-21-23 The project still isn't complete. They schedule appointments then never show up. The Vitrea lighting project still isn't finished. This project is now more than a year in the making and still not done. Avoid this place at all costs. Others have had the same experience. Update 3-25-2024 The project still isn't complete. I have made multiple attempts to contact the business and they are unresponsive. It is beyond my comprehension how the business can have 5-star reviews. The reviews can only be fake. I have spoke with multiple customers and they have had the same experience."

"This is my second project with Masada. Both times I was very impressed with the equipment and more impressed with the people. Scheduling was easy. The tech is excellent. "He has been at my house for 2.5 weeks. Doing everything from putting in a new wall , moving a drain/water spout. Replacing electrical sockets adding a new light. Plus many more things. He is extremely nice to deal with and will probably having Thanksgiving dinner with me. . I want to put a sign on my door that he’s not for hire in till I’m done with him. Every one of my neighbors that have hired him to do stuff rave about his work and how pleasant he is to work with. His helper Val is a sweetheart and is very helpful and a gem .
