"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

He also provided all the information we needed to get a quick approval from our HOA. The team that did the work, Tory & Blake, were on time, efficient, and highly skilled. Not only did they stabilize the concrete patio using their foam injection process, they spent a lot of time caulking and smoothing all the cracks (literally on their hands & knees) doing a meticulous job. The process worked so well, it actually lifted one section and eliminated a 1" difference in height so no more trip hazard either. "The company charged $4000 for a pop-up drainage system to prevent flooding in my stand-alone backyard office. When heavy rain came, it was apparent that the system in place was not working, and despite multiple emails, no one responded for six months. When they did, they sent workers out to do the same job that was already done. They also told me that the system in place would not work and should never have been placed and in the end, recommended I hire an irrigation company, stating that they are not an irrigation company and, when asked about a partial refund since the system placed did not work, they refused. In short, I cannot recommend this company. Poor work, poor customer service."

Travis, Randall, and the rest of the crew are clearly good at their trade, and showed great care stabilizing the foundation without creating more problems. They also even began the job a day earlier than the salesman had hinted might be the start date, in this crazy time of supply and labor shortages. Exceeded my expectations! In the unlikely event I would need another house foundation repaired, I'd call them again."

"Workers arrived late. Seemed very inexperience, and lacked a professional and serious attitude towards the landscape project they to perform. Paid for lawn sod replacement ($300) to find out it was totally. destroyed because they had to come back to correct a patio paver deck that was slanted toward to the foundation instead of away from the foundation. Had Owner return to correct the issue after he still insisted there was no problem. When he finally returned to correct the issue he realized that the entire patio had to be realigned. During the process he broke a pool pipe! It was a disaster and could have been avoided if the patio pavers were installed properly the first time. The owner may have good intent but lacks experienced employers. Had also expected me to pay for the cost of his error in sawing through my pool pipe. Would not recommend him for major landscaping projects . Paid $12,600 OVERPAID! As Elderly People have learned a lesson."
