"was hired to repair windows. after arriving on time, kirk discovered the sitation was really not repairable or at least cost effective - when the windows were installed 12 or so years ago, the contractor (or home owner) cut the bottom of the window off, so i guess they would fit, thus eliminating the low portion and the WEEP HOLES. Hence, the cause for my water intrusion issues and the need to replace all of my windows. kirk was so great though, i hired him to fix a shed roof leak and put up gutters - cost was reasonable and the work was great! will use him again!!!"
