"They came out to give me a quote on treating 2 trees and possibly trimming one tree. After I got a couple other similar bids I went with Urban. I signed their agreement to begin work to treat 2 trees in mid July. It's August 24th and have not heard a word from them about scheduling my treatments even though verbally they told me they would be out by the first week in August. I checked in early August and was told they were very busy and that someone would be in contact when they could. I have never experienced anything like this and am so disappointed with their lack of communication. I do not want to move forward with them and regret signing their agreement. Do not hire this company."

Jason was able to come to the house within an hour and give me a fair bid, he rearranged his crew schedule to prioritize removal of the tree, and within a couple of days the tree was removed with absolutely no damage to the yard, and every scrap of wood, twig, and leaf from the tree was removed from the yard.
