"Would never recommend them. They used to be good before (they did job 6 years ago for my friend), but not anymore. Needed to call few times to finish everything they promised . Concrete started cracking and flaking within 3 months. Took multiple calls to have someone from this company to come and their response was " it's a concrete". Only one I mention complaining to better Business bureau, they said they can paint over concrete since it's looked real awful ( which they did). Well, 6 months later its chipping, and flanking,and discoloring again (we use only sand on the driveway when it's snow/ice). Same happened to another customer."

They claimed they would fix, but then claimed they would never be able to match the color, so only wanted to patch the cracks. They ended up only patching one of the 3 large cracks and the patch job does not look very good. They also damaged our house and never completely repaired that damage, so we had to repair ourselves. Just very disappointed with the work after spending over $12,000 for a new patio."

I interviewed another contractor and decided that I wanted to hire Sam. However, my husband hadn't met him yet, so Sam made the trip back to our house to go over the job with my husband. Sam and his team did quality work and Sam communicated with me throughout the process. He was at our house, when he said he would be and kept his word from the beginning of this process. Concrete or brick paver installation costs $8 to $25 per square foot. You'll get individually placed bricks that can add variety and color. Materials and labor are both higher than a simple concrete slab but comparable to an intricate stamped and stained design. Make sure you discuss specifics with your patio contractor before the project begins so you can budget accordingly.
Building a concrete patio takes between two to four days from start to finish. This timeframe includes site preparation, forming, pouring, and curing the concrete. The exact duration depends on factors such as the complexity of your design, the patio size, weather conditions, and the availability of materials and labor. Projects with intricate designs or additional features will take longer to complete.
A well-maintained concrete patio can last 30 to 50 years. And often longer with something as simple as a resurfacing. Resurfacing concrete costs $4 per square foot on average. Like most other structures, the amount of care and maintenance you put into your patio will increase its longevity and help you enjoy it for years to come.
Extending your existing patio costs the same as any new patio, or $6 to $16 per square foot on average. For example, if you want to add 50 square feet to your existing patio, expect to pay somewhere between $300 to $800 (at minimum) for that extension. If you add any higher-end or specialty features, your costs will exceed this range.
