The roof and gutters look great! The crew did a wonderful job and were very fast and efficient. We thought it would have taken and extra day or two. It really wasn't an inconvenience to us at all. "In Aug./Sep. 2019, Rogers Masonry did a tear-down of our decrepit stuccoed chimney, followed by a beautiful brick re-build. The project posed some every unique challenges that Roger handled with a high level of professionalism and diligence. He is exceptionally knowledgeable in all chimney-related matters and provided almost-daily progress reports to document the work his crew was performing. His communication was exemplary, and he was responsive to our questions/concerns, all of which he promptly addressed. We were especially appreciative of the many pictures of the ongoing work that Roger provided throughout the project. We have already had the opportunity to make a referral for Roger and hope to work with him on another chimney project in 2020."

"Rotten customer service! They have no follow up and always forget to address a problem. It took them 6 months to finish the trim on the inside of my windows. They felt so stupid that they forgot me, they gave me $300 CASH. Then I had a LEAKING window that took more than 6 months to fix. Now I have a broken seal on a window they replaced for more than a year. They say they will replace but not sure what year that will be. They have no problem taking your money but if you have a problem then they disappear!"
