"Joel their sales rep assured us our apartments would be rotated so the inside of each unit was checked at least every six months. Got the bait and switch bc they never did this and we had a cockroach infestation that went on for a year. They lied to me and then their manager claimed “we don’t see it in the contract”. I want a refund. You’ve been doing nothing productive. I can lay my own ant traps for less than $2k a year."

The outside of our chimney looks horrible and $5,200 were paid for something that looks cheap. Prices are ridiculous. I tried getting into an agreement with Dave but he obviously doesn't care about customer satisfaction. I will be uploading pictures soon and the text messages too. Run away"
