"I truly cannot say enough about Jeff and professionalism and quality of work. He came out within 20 minutes of my call and the job was much worse than we thought, but he was determined to fix the drain and he did after 2.5 hours. I was so impressed that he was able to fix the drain and only charged us what he originally quoted. The job he did actually cost $100 more, but he only charged us what he quoted. Most would not have done this and I was very surprised. He explained to us what the problem was and how it happens. I would highly recommend him to everyone and I hope we don't ever have this problem again, but I won't hesitate to call him again for the job. His prices are fair and far better than others. As I said, I was so impressed and satisfied with all the time, work and determination in getting the job done. I cannot thank him enough!!"
