Tony Gideika Plumbing and Heating. The best in the plumbing industry. Excellent workmanship and attention to detail - We strive to exceed the expectations of each customer.
"I hired Tony to fix a pipe that was leaking coming from the furnace in my mother basement. While I do not entirely trust my mother account and I was not there when Tony worker came to the house, I do know three things: The pipe was replaced (thanks i guess), for some reason the worker decided to clean two electronic components on the furnace (why?), the furnace was working before the repairs were done, and after was not working even after multiple power cycles. Unless Tony's worker was a trained electrical engineer with a college degree and a soldering iron, he should have never touched those PCBs. Now of course Tony is saying that those exact two components need to be replaced in order to fix the furnace (for a fee of $1900 of course). Now we will have to hire a furnace repairman to check out these components, costing us more money. Oh, and by the way, it cost us $545 to fix the pipe . Thanks Tony!"

"I am genuinely flabbergasted that this company has so many five star reviews. From the marketing practices to their customer service, my frustration with them was pervasive. The work they did seemed to be fine enough, but it was overpriced (I later discovered) and their communication at several stages was just abysmal. My attempts to have them remedy the shortcomings of their process gained no satisfaction. It also left a really, really bad taste to discover that their signs plastered all over the furnaces and water heaters in the basement of our condo building was not because they had some kind of relationship with the condo *and in most cases had no relationship with the equipment that their signs were on*. Just obnoxious. To top it all off, someone my email address was leaked from their organization which led to it being the target of hacking. How would I know it was them? They were the only company that I had given that particular email address to, Then they had the nerve to ask for a customer testimonial video. As if. Would not do business with them again."
