"Salt City Renovations is very easy to work with. Marinda is very professional, easy to work with and great with keeping us updated on the progress. During our remodel of our kitchen we had some family health emergencies to deal with, she was so understanding and helpful with sudden changes we had not planned on and helped us navigate the schedule shifts. We are very happy and pleased with our remodel. HIghly recommend Salt City."

Tile Installation
"Luis, Jose Sr and Jose Jr repaired damage done by a construction company to my Saltillo tile floors. I really appreciated their caution in not wanting to damage the integrity of the floor and the tiles, and also wanting to do what can be done to repair the damage that was done as best as they can. They were good communicators and the end result was beautiful. They also cleaned up better after themselves than many construction companies. Muchisimas gracias!!"

"Nelson and his crew finished our basement, we could not be more pleased with the quality of work, their respectfulness, and professionalism. They completed on time and within their quote. The final product is beautiful and we will enjoy it for many years to come. We plan to call them whenever the need arises. We’ve heard a lot of horror stories about other contractors but we only experienced honest, trustworthy, and hardworking individuals. I would recommend them to not only friends but also family. Utah’s Elite is top notch and we will use them again."

"ddy was highly responsive during the bidding process, providing clear answers to all my questions and offering a fair, upfront price with no hidden costs. He worked closely with me to schedule around inspectors and arrived on time with his crew, completing the work as promised?efficiently and with excellent quality. Communication was especially important to me, as we had multiple contractors to coordinate, and Eddy excelled in this area. I highly recommend Eddy and his team and will definitely reach out for future projects."

You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
