"Do not trust this company or its owner Roberto Quiros. I hired him to install new commercial equipment which has been a nightmare. I gave him 50% as an advance and it is important to mention that when it comes to collecting payments he is super punctual but when it comes to finishing the job he is terrible. He does not answer the phone, when he does answer he makes commitments that he never fulfills and literally you have to be chasing him so that he fulfills what he offers , he does not deliver equipment on time and of course he does not finish the job. He is an irresponsible and unprofessional fraud. I have to hire someone else to finish the job. USA AIR and ROBERTO QUIROS ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY."

"Technician performed AC diagnostics during the inspection period for a home purchase. Gave all clear with exception of capacitor and a cleaning. We purchased home. Another company came to give quote for cleaning and told me the system had at least one leak and needed replaced. Goettl senior tech revisited and confirmed leak. Explained that in this case they?d replace coil and charge me for extra freon needed to complete repair. When he gave me the final estimate the Charge was approx$6,000. He explained since they didn?t install it they can?t warranty it. I wasn't asking them to warranty the system but rather the misdiagnosis of my system that I paid them to do prior to purchasing the home. If diagnosed properly, I could?ve received concession from seller for new AC $7-9,000. Several attempts made to have management contact me to discuss a resolution but nothing but crickets from Goetll. Not something you?d expect from a reputable company. MAKE IT RIGHT! "
