"I noticed leaking water from the frame of my home one morning. Plumbers arrived quickly and located a leaky pipe in the attic. The repair was completed at a very reasonable price and it’s held up perfectly. This team is reliable and trustworthy! Highly recommend using them for all your plumbing needs! "

Customers say: Quick response

"Excellent! We have used A&A for approximately 15 years. The plumbers at A&A are top notch. Recently, we had all shower heads, in wall controllers, and hardware replaced for 2 bathrooms. David Williams was our plumber. He did a great job and we love our updated bathroom showers thanks to David. Once again another quality job by A&A plumbing! In addition to working with David, we also worked with Kerry to coordinate our job and make any necessary arrangements. Kerry is very personable and responsive...simply put, Kerry is awesome! One of the bathrooms required access to the plumbing by cutting a hole in sheetrock in the wall behind the bathroom and the other bathroom needed tile cut out for access. The work to replace/repair the sheetrock and tile was performed by Warren at Bexar Home Repair and when he came to provide us a quote as well as when he performed the repair work, he commented on how impressed he was with the careful and precise removal of the tile by the plumber to allow for ease of replacement."

"I was impressed by the professionalism and Knowlege of the Air Systems AC repairmen. The AC coil in an AC system that I had installed by another AC company failed. I called Air Systems to help diagnose the problem that I was having with the system. They quickly shut the system down to help minimize the water damage to the ceiling of my house, replaced the AC coil, leveled and replaced the AC drain pan, and rerouted some PVC drain pipes to the outside of my house. A follow-up inspection by a company manager was accomplished by Air Systems three days later to ensure that all repairs had been accomplished as agreed."

"I was desperate. If I could have waited, I could have found somebody who didn't charge quite as much. They came out the same day. They responded to my needs quickly. I considered the kitchen sink an emergency. If it was anything else, it could have held off. I consider the kitchen sink is an emergency. I called them out Monday morning, and they were out the same day. I think a little higher on the price, but we were desperate. The guy was knowledgeable, and courteous. Yes he did. He was friendly."

FAQs for faucets, fixtures and pipes repair or replace projects in San Antonio, TX

A minor, easily accessible leak can be resolved in about three hours, while a large or hard-to-reach leak may take up to three days. If flooring or cabinets need to be built back, the timeline can run several weeks to cover material deliveries and installation. Every job begins with detection, proceeds to repair, and concludes with restoring your foundation’s strength.

Slab leaks are most common in areas where the ground is in motion, such as those prone to earthquakes or highly expansive soils. In places like California, constant shifting puts stress on foundations and pipes. Stay ahead of trouble by monitoring your water bill, inspecting visible slab edges, and scheduling routine inspections to catch leaks early and maintain your home's safety.

Keep an eye out for damp spots, rising water bills, the sound of running water when taps are off, or staining and sagging along the foundation. Check exposed slab edges during routine walk-arounds and note any uptick in indoor humidity or pest traffic. The moment something looks off, call a pro—fast action protects your slab and wallet.

Most policies cover slab-leak repairs tied to a covered event, such as earthquakes, severe storms, or a fallen tree. They often won’t cover gradual issues, such as root intrusion or corrosion-related pinhole leaks. Every policy is different, so be sure to contact your carrier for the fine print before any problems arise.
