"I contacted another garage door company and they did give me a quick estimate which was super high. Thank God my neighbor had recommended Pro-Lift. Neighbor had a new garage doors installed only but I wanted also new mechanism. Mike, an employee, came over and said I would have the quote within one day. Next day, I received the quote which was very It was a very fair quote and I hired them right away. Within one week, I had my new doors installed with new mechanism while the other garage company said they would "order" the same type of door and it would take more than 3 weeks to arrive. They also hauled away the old garage door. Great price ! Great work !"

"I discovered that the garage door had malfunctioned at around 9pm. I reached out through Angi, made an online booking at the company’s site. I received an automated response, acknowledging my effort to contact them. You see, I was petrified at being taken advantage of by the many fly by night operators out there. Angi offered a satisfaction guarantee that allayed my fears. By 8am a technician was dispatched. Ismael explained the cause of the malfunction and offered reasonably priced options for repair of door components and replacement of the motor. I made the decision to replace the motor now, rather than wait for it to malfunction since it was near the end of its expected lifespan. Ismael completed the job to my satisfaction and cleaned up after the job. I signed up for the reasonably priced annual service. Thanks A1! You’ve earned a new customer."
