"I recently called them to repair my refrigerator. It turned out that the problem was a freon leak. These guys quickly detected the leak and fixed everything. We agreed on a price that was favorable for me. I recommend them. The guys are polite and do their job professionally."

Appliances, Appliance Repair
"The rep clearly explained what the problem was and repaired it without resort to expensive parts. Our fridge is a Samsung that looks beautiful but troublesome most of the time. The electronics go bad: once had to replace circuit board at a cost of over $800. Always something goes wrong. Worse is their service center; waiting time for a tech to show up was ten days. We had to buy a separate freezer to prevent stuff, mostly meat, going bad. Star Service came by within 4 hours as promised."
