"Alberto talked w/me by phone w/in 2 minutes of my requesting a call. He came the same day to see what needed to be done. The jobs were small - touch-up paint work and repairing a threshold into the bathroom. He stayed and did the work right then. Was thorough, knowledgeable, cleaned up after himself and was very nice, as well. I'll call him next time the house needs repairs."
