"A beam supporting an upstairs room was removed and replaced.. A wall 12'tx8.5' was termite infested was torn down and replace with all new wood.The wall repaired and re-sheet rocked. This project also involved tearing down the stucco on the front porch and also redone. Bottom line...this was a major project. I rate this a top notch job! Our tall wall facing backyard has water penetration problem for many years. We tried to recruit an expert in this field to pin point the leaking sources for many years. Did not have luck to find one. Carter even call our windows supplier to clarify the problem and the task partition among window supplier and Seal-N-Build.
