"We had waited for 20 years to have our kitchen remodeled and we didn't know how to get started. Crystal Oak Builders provided us with an exceptionally great remodel experience. They remodeled our kitchen, laundry area, 1/2 bath, and windows. Their communication was excellent with frequent check ins, great care for our well being (we stayed in our home during remodel), respect of our time (we work full time from home). They stayed on the project timeline with no major delays, and they were responded promptly to our questions. They clearly communicated the financials and helped us make good choices with material costs to align with our budget as well as our design wishes. From design to execution, Crystal Oak Builders provided complete fulfillment for our remodel, and it was an easy and smooth experience. We are so happy with our remodel by Crystal Oak Builders!"

Demolition and new build of of concrete slabs, patios, driveways and walkways., Additions, Kitchen and Bathroom remodeling, All kind of Hardscape/landscape , stamp cement and pavers.
"We had the pleasure of working with Cameron (project manager) and Mario (foreman) on our addition, hardscape, and kitchen renovation over the last 4 months. It really was a pleasure as Creation 7 has done an excellent job with attracting high quality, friendly and conscientious construction workers that have an eye for details. Creation 7's construction work may only come second to their project management. The scheduling and sheer volume of work being completed on a weekly basis would make an average contractor's head spin, but it appears to be just business as usual for this company. As for the details, it was an ~400 sq ft addition (2 bd, 1 bth, 1 laundry room), with walls being knocked down for a ~200 sqft kitchen remodel and a new ~200 sqft deck with multiple La Cantina doors. All of that within 4 months and for a price right in the middle of the quotes we received from other contractors. I would highly recommend them for any construction or remodel project you do and we will absolutely be using them for a bathroom remodel and bedroom expansion in the years to come.Â"

"Pete Reichart did an excellent job on a major remodel. He’s a highly skilled craftsman who doesn’t take short cuts, and he worked on site every day. When decisions had to be made, Pete told me my options clearly and in plenty of time, so I never felt rushed. He brought in excellent subcontractors for plumbing, electrical, and painting. He’s also a very nice guy, easy to work with. I trusted him start to finish."

"We had a major kitchen remodelling project in our house including new cabinets, countertops and flooring. Even sinks were replaced. We expected a lot of headaches, delays and unexpected charges. With Spenser and his team none of that happened. He explained from the beginning what our options were, he gave his recommendations that we found quite reasonable. The job started when he said it would and he was regularly checking on the progress. Everything that we wanted to fix (and it wasn?t much) was done at no cost. They did an excellent job, the kitchen is beautiful!"

Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
