"Luis did a great job of walking me through the entire process. He basically told me what was going to happen every step of the way and inserted himself in the process when he was needed. He was happy to speak with my Insurance Company when needed and made extra sure that the job was done in a professional and timely manner. From start to finish the entire process of the estimate, temporary repair, dealing with the Insurance Company and final installation took less than 2 weeks.
