"Kathy was very nice on the phone. The scheduling seemed pretty simple and the quote I was given was very reasonable. She told me she would have a quote for me that night. I waited 2 days and had to text her back to get the quote. They sent a guy out the first morning and he did arrive on time. However, he did not stay long and all he did was cut my natural gas pipe. He did not fix the issue and actually made it worse. I called Kathy twice that day and she did not answer or call me back all day. I then texted her later that day with my concerns and she finally called me back. She told me what the issue was and assured me the plumber would be back first thing this morning. No one showed up today. I contacted her again today to ask her to cancel any and all service to my house because this is unacceptable. She still has not responded to this point."

"Ryan and associates did a GREAT job with my bathroom. I had an old jacuzzi tub removed, had them built a new shower where the tub was and put in a built in linen close in where the previous smaller shower stood. They removed and replaced the old tile, removed the previous "builder's mirror" and replaced the mirror and lights. It looks absolutely beautiful and I feel like I am entering a luxury hotel bathroom whenever I walk into it. I would absolutely hire Ryan again for any other projects. The prices were reasonable and the time spend to do quality work was great!!"
