"They were very professional on time on point, did exactly what they said they were going to do and even went above and beyond expectations to satisfy us. We HIGHLY recommend them. They did a wonderful job for what they had. Our floors were around 100 years old, stained and dirty with holes and missing wood boards from various home projects from the old owners. They sanded down the imperfections, filled the problem points, and stained it a really pretty brown. The top coat varnish is beautiful and Iâ m honestly so happy with the work they did."

"We pulled up the carpet in our living/dining room, of a house built in the fifties, that had hardwood floors underneath. We had the hardwood floors refinished on November 19th, 2019, which also included replacing about 4x3 section. I waited a month to do this rating to be sure the work was good. Javier came and gave us a fair and true quote, explaining what would happen, and what would work best since there were some stains in the wood. No guarantees were made that the stains would come out. The other quote we received was from a top company, but no explanation of the work done, or the best options. To be fair, Javierâ s price was also lower. Javier and his family (team) came on the day and did everything they said. The final product is great, and looks beautiful. Monteros Hardwood Flooring is a company I fully recommend.
