"We have older flat roof that had 3 leaks - One roofer quoted much more for a full silicone coating. Another one said roof had to be torn off and done again for MUCH more. Ken pointed out that our existing surface was fine and just the joints needed work and he proposed a maintenance-level job with silicone at a more reasonable cost, with a 5-yr warranty. Job got done on schedule, just on time for rain and snow. Phew! It came out looking neat. The workers were careful at every step, helpful and pleasant in their communication."
