The two contractors who showed up at my home were just as professional and pleasurable to work with. over the course of the week they were coming to my house, any ideas or suggestions from either side were always hashed out as they would materialize and by the end of the project, the end project was essentially exactly as I'd constructed it in my head. "The job went well.  There were a few days where he or I had to cancel due to personal problems that came up during the construction.  When he had to cancel, he made it up by staying late in the evening to get the work done.  We also had to deal with rainy days which held up the work that had to be done on the outside wall and replacing the siding.  Over all the work he did was excellent and he was professional at all times.  I would definitely have him back to do more work that needs to be done on our house.

"I liked Chris immediately, however, the price he quoted was over my budget and did not include upgrading my 1st floor lineloeum.   I did get other estimates that were much more reasonable and included removing my 1st floor linoleum and replacing it with an ugrade.  Additionally, other estimates included painting more areas of the house than what Chris offered. 
Additionally, it seemed as if Chris was tremdously busy, and I respect that... But, I had to contact him (2 weeks) to ask for an estimate.  He did bring in a Paint specialist free of charge to discuss the type of paint I should be using.  When talking to the paint specialist I pinpointed to the detail exactly what I wanted to be performed in the house.   When I called Chris the second time a week after, he did not seem to know anything about my discussion with the Sherwin Williams paint specialist.
Chris seemed to be genuinely concerned about me and I am sure he would have done an outstanding job.  It's just that I needed to stay within my budget and also wanted my first floor to be upgraded.
