"During my planning stages New York HVAC was the company I was planning to use based on prior reviews and research but just to be sure I had a few others come in for quotes. New York HVAC had the most complete system, install, warranty, and price. Throughout the entire process Vinny was available to answer my questions and concerns even prior to hiring his top notch team. This was not the case with other contractors. Vinny was by far the most knowledgeable person I dealt with and was more then willing to work around the customization's I needed unlike other contractors that basically wanted to do the job their way and no other. When I say Vinny double checked each and every component and connection I'm not exaggerating. From the first piece of equipment brought onsite to the final spec of dust (there was none when he left, he made sure of it) his team was incredible. Less then 24 hours post install Vinny emailed me all the completed warranty documents and associated papers. I would not hesitate to work with Vinny, his son, and his team again.
