"This our first remodel ever and having heard the horror stories and mistakes of others. So, my wife and I interviewed 5 other contractors. A couple were ‘my way, highway’ types. Others seemed more interested in doing the job as described with no changes-‘get in, get out’ types. And the rest were looking to increase the project cost. When my wife and I spent a few hours with David going over the projects and discussed in detail what our expectations were, we knew he was someone we could work with. David outlined each step, and when we could expect each task to begin and how long it would take. What we didn’t expect was the level of superb professionalism and exceptional quality of workmanship! As the GC, David kept the project moving. There were only a few weather-related days where nothing was done (notably the ice storm). I was amazed at the level of intricate coordination between the different teams as well as the high level of products he used. David uses the ‘The Tile Shop’ and ‘Ferguson’ for the hardware and tile. Exceptional people and exceptional products—even the moderately priced items. Each team religiously wore masks and maintained 6’ distance. Equally, they cleaned up the work area at the end of the day. David even had a cleaning person come in every 3-4 weeks to clean the adjacent work areas-floors, furniture and knick-knacks. During the project we asked David to include a couple of other mods, which he did without increasing the costs. We also asked for a couple of projects outside the bath area which he also did for a very reasonable price. David made suggested a couple improvements which weren’t included and were glad we went along with them-it made the bathroom look more custom, and more spa-like. We can’t recommend DTS highly enough. His creativity and vision are the best qualities a GC can have and the best we’ve ever seen. Our bath looks like we paid a lot more than we did. Thanks David"

"I found Mr. Ramiro by chance, he was working on a house a street down while I was walking my dog. We were selling our house and I anticipated needing roof repairs so I took a quick pic of his work van for future (possible) reference. I called him a week later when we needed roof repairs done and time was of the essence, as it often is when selling a house and having to meet deadlines. He worked with us to squeeze our project in although he was busy with other jobs, so that we would meet our deadline for the inspection report. This was enough to have me a satisfied customer. However, he continued to go above and beyond with his great communication, his willingness to work with our time constraints and scheduling, and even provided on the job pics to us while we were busy at work. What an outstanding roofing company, my only regret is that we are moving away and I can't save him in my phone for future business,"

"Literally, I collected six (6) different estimates from area roofers. Price quotes ranged from $3,500 to $500.00. M&M was reasonably priced and the only roofer that took digital pictures to show me the damage on my VERY steep two story house. M&M also refuted the need for repairs that other roofers identified with a detailed explanation and options. M&M took pictures of the repairs for our review so we could compare the before and after. The pictures included landmarks around our home and were clearly credible. I asked him to return to our home annually to inspect our roof. I Highly recommend this roofer!"

They helped me navigate my insurance company, explained the differences in available shingles, and showed up and completed the work when they said they would. They let me know the premium upgrades that were available, like class 4 shingles that get us a huge reduction in insurance premiums and rain chains instead of down spouts, but there was no up-sale pressure at all. There were no surprises at the end of the project, just a beautiful roof and gutters. They even cleaned up after themselves. I haven't found a single nail or bit of trash!
