As we are not new to landscaping design, I had very specific "wants" and "don't wants" in our project. They were VERY accomodating and reworked the plan design several times before starting the project and during the project. They communicated during every step of the way to assure we were more than happy with the results. As we wanted a design with zero grass, South Eden was extremely knowledgeable in hardscaping options, plant selection, and plant location to make the design perfect for our layout. The team that came to complete the landscaping were on time and very pleasant to work with. My specific ratings are below as a single "5 STAR" doesn't do them justice: 1. Communication and Followup: 5 STAR (most landscaping companies didn't even bother to call us back 2. Landscape planning and design: 5 STAR 3. The estimate took time with the large project of front fence line, pull out dead hedges and bushes, plan a totally new look for the front . In the back he managed to revive my back fence, tear out trees and bushes from the side and around my pool. His crew even REBUILT a retaining wall that is now gorgeous. Eric brought me pictures and gave me a choice of what I would or would not like in my yard. His crew is so hard working and polite. They were here until 7:30 at night . The last day, to finish the wall, they set up lights to finish in the dark. Eric is such a gentleman and the price is fair , reasonable and honest. The best !!"
