We lost all water on a Saturday evening and were sure our well pump needed to be replaced. We consulted Home Advisor later that night, and received a call Sunday morning from Joe. Before noon Joe was at our house to diagnose the problem, got water running temporarily. After making an assessment, he got back to us with a great quote for the work needed to make replacements to the line and replace water tank (the pump was ok!). We were much impressed that Joe had responded to our Home Advisor inquiry in less than 12 hours, and was at our house on a Sunday morning! "Haller removed an old ac system and replaced it with a heat pump. The work included installing an additional return in the family room (split level home) to return air from the lowest point in the house. The crew was knowledgable, their work was neat, and they cleaned up at the end of the day. The work was completed in 2 days and the new Carrier system works great so far.
