"Wow- the guys over at Arcadia Turf are the real deal! We had about 4 or 5 companies out to our house in the Valley before connecting with Arcadia Turf. I had a very honest and straightforward initial conversation with Terry (one of the owners) and expressed my concerns I had with other companies I had received quotes from. I felt like I got the "bait and switch" with all of the other companies that came out to give me a quote. Terry assured me that what you see is what you get with pricing and it was the truth! Terry and his brother came out to our house and took some measurements, gave us some great ideas and showed us their samples. He calculated a quote on the spot and once again- no hidden costs or fees associated with the project! He was very upfront and honest with the pricing. After we met these guys, we knew they were the company we wanted to do business with. We were a little unsure as to what turf we were going to go with specifically based on the samples so they shot us over a few addresses of properties around the valley they had completed to go check out what they look like installed. Amazing work! Now for the good part- they were able to squeeze our project in and estimated about a 2-3 day turn around for around 800 sq ft including a putting green. I left for work on the day I expected the demo to take place and came home to our beautiful back yard completed in 1 day! I got to meet all of the installers as they were just finishing up and they were all extremely helpful and kind as well. Overall 10 out of 5 stars for Arcadia Turf. Great prices, excellent communication and overall a joy to do business with! Will recommend to all of my friends and family and for sure use them again if I end up upgrading my home!"
