"We experienced serious water damage from a second floor broken pipe that created wallboard wetness and staining in my dining room directly underneath. Chris Kiker and his Biosphere crew answered the call while working at another job on the other side of the county. He gave us an estimated ETA, explained the need to have the surrounding areas assessed ( potential for mold growth), and the actions he could implement immediately. He was here within a couple of hours, exactly when he predicted. He set up an industrial dehumidifier which immediately started drawing moisture out of the walls. He used a moisture meter to determine the extent of the problem so we knew exactly what we were dealing with and what would require repair. Chris was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with good information so you can make an informed decision about repair work once water remediation is complete. I highly recommend Biosphere, they were life savers!! I was able to get my dining room back together in time for company and the upcoming holiday . Thank you Chris and the Biosphere team!"
