On top of a thorough maintenance pass -cleaning dryer vents and refrigerator compressors, they also addressed a random list of things like a loose sink, and faulty bath faucet, a couple of dead outlets and misbehaving light switches but also troublshot our mysterious radiant floor system, got it all working and explained how it was set up. "Took for repairs February 2020 and work completed. Set mutually agreed upon date/time to pick up. Owners Steve and Ashley) live 5 min away and Ashley stated she could come anytime. She was a no show. Their VM started if you have a repair to pick up to leave a message. Have left messages, text to Ashley some March and have never received a call. It’s been 9 months and the Governor lifted restrictions on small businesses. Even offered to pay by phone and have them leave the vacuum outside their shop- no response."
