"Sonny and Amber traveled quite a distance to accommodate my time frame. They showed up when scheduled, communicated the timeline on what would happen each day and were there each day as scheduled. They worked through some pretty windy weather that was happening and did a great job with set up and clean up once the job was ended. Would never know they were there except my house looked beautiful once they were finished. He also added on freshening up my doors, garage and stairs at a fair price. Amber was hard working and made sure the detail clean up was good before they walked away each day. Great teamwork and personable to work with. I highly recommend them for any paint job. "Peter painted our fiberglass front door to our home. The fiberglass doors were challenging, and he spend a great deal of time with the prep of the door and around the glass inserts around the door. His work was outstanding, and the finished product was probably better than when we bought the doors new. "Khoa Ha is more than just a builder/carpenter. He's a creative. By this I mean, in addition to his outstanding carpentry skill, he uses his ability to re-imagine, or to think outside the box, and this talent allows him to come up with brilliant solutions. We had an old, poorly-built, amateurish, set of outdoor access stairs leading to a tenant's upper apartment unit. They were not to code, and were coming apart. In addition to this, the front door and the side light window of the apartment unit had been framed in so badly that a 1"x1" piece of daylight was exposing the apartment to the elements! I had already received 3 bids for the job by the time Khoa met me on site. Why? I just didn't have confidence in those contractors. It requires advanced skill to build a safe set of stairs. And, as long as these stairs were going to be demo-ed, I'd hoped to improve the footprint/design/layout with the new build. Khoa saw, immediately, the problem with the existing layout as built, and quickly sketched a re-design on scrap paper. I asked myself, why didn't any of the other contractors I'd met on site, understand, or recognize that it was the existing layout/design that was flawed. The other carpenters offered to re-create the stair run in the same configuration, and, to have them take up an even larger footprint that what was existing! The footprint was restricted on all 4 sides, and was limited to a very specific, contained area. Khoa recognized the problem right away, and was able to get me to see it, as well, which gave me a great deal of confidence in his ability. As he explained, "I do this type thing all the time with stairs". When the bid came in it was nearly 2x what the other contractors' were. I was disappointed, thinking I wouldn't be able to get close enough with my budget to use him. Rather than moving on to another contractor, I simply gave Khoa the bottom line number for my project, and expected to hear him laugh. My budget was just HALF of his original estimate. And, to his credit, rather than blowing me off, he worked with me in order to shave the original bid down, in half, to fit my funding for the project. Over multiple communications with me, he dedicated himself to deciding what existing materials could be reused, and to re-thinking the use of pressure-treated materials vs. higher end lumbers. And, in the end, he was even able to include a new door and window install that needed to be included in the project, as well. It is obvious to me Khoa works very hard to build relationships and to stay flexible within a budget. The difference Khoa's re-designed has made, cannot be under-stated. My tenant is thrilled! I'm thrilled! Khoa Ha and JJ Construction will be the first I call on for my construction needs going forward. I will recommend him to any of my friends, family or colleagues who ask. "After initial phone consultation, I was feeling skeptical about Pro Painters LLC and asked for a lot of additional information about the business. The owner and business partner were very understanding and receptive of the inquiries and made sure we felt comfortable. We decided to choose this business due to the competitive pricing they quoted for ceiling, trims (patching nail holes on the trims), doors, and walls (patching holes in the walls). We met out at a Sherman Williams and paid for the paint we wanted (the quote covered the cost of the paint as well). They were able to start the SAME week that they gave a quote with. Pro Painters came in the next day and started preparations--covered all floors, rails, cabinets, door handles, light fixtures, outlets, etc. After the preparation day, they came out and started all of the painting around the home. Once the paint dried, they did a quality check walkaround themselves and fixed any areas that had excess paint. Then, they cleaned up the area (covers removed, wall plates put back on, paint removed) and we did a walkthrough the place. I pointed out areas that would need to be fixed or outlets that were missing wall plates and they made sure they corrected any of the work items. I came back to check a few days later for the paint to completely dry out and noticed another area with paint chipping and damages. So I messaged and they came back and fixed it! Overall, I highly recommend this painting business and will be using them for any further painting jobs that I may have. I have recommended this place as well to my real estate agent who will most likely start using them as well!"

"Working with Victor VVC General contractor exceeded my expectations for a contractor. I was out of state and not sure how they would do the job. Victor cares more about the quality of his product than just making a the money which is quite refreshing for a contractor. I also had very tight deadlines for him and finished on time and did extra electrical work. I'm not sure what else to say, he's an honest straight forward contractor who works from the heart and did a great job on my project painting entire house, cabinets,some repairs, and electrical work.
